About Me — Bhanupriya Thakur

You might simply be scrolling , or likely you’re searching for that little humane feel. Anyway, I’m so glad you’re here.
So, I’m Bhanupriya Thakur — from Assam and based in Delhi, India. 22 years old, studying engineering (yep, that classic story). Being a school topper with an affinity for singing and dancing, I’ve always been a combination of discipline and dreams. After 12th grade, I decided to drop out, not because it was simple but because I had something to prove to myself. After that I went to Rajasthan, Kota for my engineering coaching. That year of quiet hustle brought me to engineering, that’s only a small part of who I am.
Because in between all these assignments and due dates, there is also a version of me that still writes poetry the way she did in school, like dancing when no one is looking, and paints random things at 2 a.m. in the morning.
I’m not the loudest person in the room or have a large circle of friends. Quiet corners where silence feels like a hug and a cup of Chai (tea) feels comforting are where I find peace. I enjoy thoughts that gradually develop into stories, colourful sunsets, and background music and if you’ll sit with me and talk — I’ll listen, really listen. That’s kinda my thing.
